This was an interesting project to be part of. The work was supposed to happen during the spring of 2020, when most of the world was in quarantine. So it took a lot organising skills from the personnel to provide safe surroundings for all the artists. Somehow everything worked out fine and the exhibition was the most popular art event of 2020 in Finland. My work is built from three pieces with a theme combinging them all. Each painting has lyrics from a certain song in it, first one from Slipknots “People=Shit“, second one from Six Feet Unders “Manipulation” and third from Devin Townsends “Awake!“. The combination of these three paintings is my personal reflection of the various feelings I went through during the early months of the pandemic.
